Replacement Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If you receive a product with a genuine issue, we’re here to help with our 7-day replacement policy.


📦 Replacements
You may request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is defective or damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The product has a genuine manufacturing fault

Items must be unused (except for identifying the issue), in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

To start a replacement request, please contact us at support@dealzexpo.com or Contact Us with your order number, photos/videos clearly showing the issue, and a brief explanation.


💡 Replacement Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.

If the product is out of stock, we may offer an alternative or a store credit.


Non-Replaceable Items

  • Items without a genuine issue

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Opened or used personal care items (e.g., hair brushes, makeup tools) unless defective

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse


🚚 Return Shipping for Replacements
If a replacement is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid delays.
